Mr. Whitney possesses over 20 years of experience in business and management operations plus 15 years serving in several progressive human resources senior and executive leadership roles with Fortune 100 companies across the retail and healthcare industries. He is responsible for developing and leading the human performance strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of human capital and talent management, training and development, maximizing processes and organizational capabilities, change management, organizational and performance management, compensation and benefits, and an employer of choice employee value proposition. Mr. Whitney provides strategic leadership by articulating Human Performance needs and plans to the executive management team, business unit leaders, and the board of directors.

Mr. Whitney earned his Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Organization Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University, where he also was an Adjunct Professor in HR Law & Labor Relations. Mr. Whitney also holds the designation of Senior Certified Professional (SCP) from the Society of Human Resource Professionals (SHRM).
