Michael Johnson

Mr. Johnson joined The Pasha Group in 2021 as General Counsel. He is responsible for all legal activities for The Pasha Group’s operations including Automotive, Maritime, Relocation, and Transportation. Specializing in corporate finance, Mr. Johnson brings over 25 years of experience structuring, managing, and closing business acquisitions, asset-based financing, and complex corporate debt financings. His previous roles include Chief Restructuring Officer at NFS Leasing; Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at Beacon Rail Leasing; and Senior Counsel at BTMU Capital Corporation. 

Mr. Johnson is a Certified Information Privacy Professional – United Stated (CIPP/US) and has provided pro-bono mentoring to early-stage businesses via MIT Enterprise Forum Cambridge. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctorate from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law.
